1. Does the Magnet Gun Caddy work with double barrel shot guns?

Yes. It works with both over-under and side by side. For side by side barrels, simply turn the gun 90 degrees so that it's resting "sideways" in the MGC.

2. Does the Magnet Gun Caddy work with vented barrels?

Yes. The holder is designed to accommodate ventened or non-vented barrels.

3. Do I need different Magnet Gun Caddy sizes for my various gauge guns?

No. The flexable holding device will accommodate most long barrel guns.

4. Does the Magnet Gun Caddy hold the gun off the ground?

No. It is designed to support the gun in an upright position with the stock resting on the ground.

5. Do I have to remove the Magnet Gun Caddy from the car when driving from field to field?

No. The magnet is plenty strong to hold the MGC on you car even as you drive at highway speeds. It is a matter of personal preference whether or not you remove it or leave it on your car. Keep in mind that if you are driving down narrow dirt roads (where branches may come in contact with your car and MGC) you should remove the MGC so it is not knocked off your car by a branch.

6. I've heard that it is illegal to rest your gun against a car in states like Wisconsin – is that true?

No. It is not illegal to rest an unloaded gun against a car. Never rest a loaded gun against a car.

7. Will the Magnet Gun Caddy scratch my car?

No. The MGC utilizes a soft high-energy magnet. Just make sure to wipe a small area clean (as big as the magnet - your hand or glove usually works fine) to place the MGC.

8. Do you sell the Magnet Gun Caddy for multiple guns?

No. After extensive field and design testing, several issues directed us to a single gun design. The first was that it needed to be small and light enough to fit in your pocket to make it practical and the most convenient. Secondly, we found that multiple hunters riding in one car tend to need their "own space" – typically outside the door in which they were sitting. It quickly became apparent that a single gun design for individual gun use was much more convenient than having to go to one spot on the car with multiple guns. The single gun design also provides much more flexibility as far as where it can be placed on the car.
